Introduction
Baada "Chief" Ka is an African man from a village called Masaka which worships mangoes. Baada Ka is also someone you don’t want to be on their bad side, the reason is he runs a powerful crew known as The Tribe which mainly resides in the east of Los Santos and has a strong influence on the illegal gun trade in the city and their main business is information broking. Biography
The Leanbois attempted to murder chief after he accidentally stumbled on their HQ and tried to ask them a simple question about why Al Saab was Rajj Patel's best man at his wedding. They poured gasoline on him and set him alight. This left Chief with severe burns, requiring him to wear a mask and full body covering.
Lately, Chief has been in charge of The Tribe, a masked organization who broker information and predominantly ride illegal dirt bikes around the city. While out doing crimes, Chief and the rest of the Tribe all wear the same clothes: a long green jacket with a target on the back and an elf mask. Many have tried to incriminate Chief by wearing the same clothes and doing crimes in East Los Santos.
