Blackwell was promoted to Trooper on December 31, 2018.
On March 18th 2019, Blackwell officially started dating Ella Stone.
Blackwell was promoted to Senior Trooper on April 2, 2019.
As of July 1st, the San Andreas State Police has split into three separate departments, causing all former troopers to be reassigned to different departments.
