Deborah Murdock is a Canadian Lawyer.
Biography
She had an 18 year old daughter Lily Murdock. Lily was tragically murdered by a notorious serial killer known as The Whistling Nighthawk.
After the tragic events she moved back to Liberty City with her husband Frank Murdock.
