With a rough moral code to live by. He's pushed the boundary into the criminal world by working for hire. He entered on his own, with his first sponsor Pendulus, in which he won a race and a prize car: a modified Tampa. By modifying and reinforcing his car, he could withstand hits from police cars and officers. However, he was overconfident and he started ramming the police cars, leading to a mass pursuit. Eventually, the Tampa was totaled. He grabbed the guns out of his car and started running. With the adrenaline pumping, he discharged his firearms to the public while he tried to escape. | − | 50 months later, he left prison and come back to Los Santos, leaving him with barely anything left. He went to an apartment that he could barely afford as part of his rehabilitation program. After that, he contacted some of his friends and managed to rebuild the Tampa and modified it for racing. Whilst the car was being rebuilt, the friends mentioned that the Los Santos Sandy Shores airfield and racing community was thriving. Curious as to how the racing scene was changed, he finished the Tampa and went to visit the airfield to see a lot of racing teams and fast cars. Rebuilding and Racing[]
Eddy went to Haruhiko Oshima of Rising Sun insurance and proposed his involvement with their races at the casino's race track. He was eventually hired and became the race coordinator for Rising Sun, successfully hosting multiple races of all varieties at the track.
