Biography[]
Born in Toronto To James and Linda Maxwell. James is a historian who has worked on many publications along with working with universities. Linda is an ER doctor along with being a therapist. Seeing this Elijah knew he wanted to outdo both his parents so at 16 he started to study to become a psychologist. once he graduated high school, he enrolled at the University Of Toronto (UoT) spending over 10 years in university getting his Honours Bachelor's degree in psychology, a Masters degree in science (M.Sc.) along with getting his Doctoral degree (Psy.D.). Before moving to Los Santos after hearing co-workers talk about the city, Elijah worked in a hospital taking patients and working in the psych ward of the hospital.
