Introduction[edit | edit source]

Jasper Elliot is a sadistic serial killer who kills and dismembers women and leaves them displayed for the police to find.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Jasper is best known for his serial killings, typically of women, whom he leaves in public or sends directly to the police to find. He tends to dress formally and claims that he does these killings as a form of 'cleansing'.

Jasper's most notable attempt was on Trooper Jacob Jackson on May 31st 2018, whom he took as a hostage and demanded $50k in return for his life. After Jackson attempted to reach for his panic button while still held hostage, Jasper slit his throat and fled. Jackson was taken to ICU but survived the attempt itself.

Imprisonment and Release[edit | edit source]

On June 1st, 2018 Jasper sent multiple 311 calls taunting Asst. Director Gunnar Mason with the attempted murder of Trooper Jackson, his brother. Gunnar also got in contact via text, where Jasper hinted at his location. Shortly after, Trooper Boscoreli spotted Jasper based off of an image the SASP troopers were given and engaged him in a car chase. That chase eventually turned into a foot pursuit and Jasper was apprehended. Due to the severity of his charges, those charges being three 1st degree murders and three attempted murders, he was sentenced to an indefinite hold until he could be seen in court. He was later released on October 7th, 2018 without sentencing as he was held in prison for longer than he would have served.
