Louis Lynch is a sullen, jaded, and alcoholic man who finds the meaning of life at the bottom of a bottle of Jack Daniels. Once an accomplished bank robber, Louis now does odd jobs such as collecting garbage or transporting goods in a rented tractor-trailer. However, with his younger brother back in his life, crime is sure to follow once more.
After losing contact with his brother and criminal accomplice Robert Lynch for many years, Louis eventually reunited with him in Sandy Shores. Known for having a gruff southern accent and little empathy for those who wrong him, he is not above hurting or killing someone who cause him problems or has simply looked at him the wrong way. When there is sunlight, Louis will typically work in garbage collection or can be found moving cargo as a trucker; during nightfall however, Louis will stalk the city for easy prey and easy money.
