Introduction
MacKenzie Hayes is a Deputy for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
Biography
Mackenzie Hayes was born in Vermont and is an international superspy for the CIA. A rumor throughout the CIA is that she once killed a man with her words alone. While she was on one of her assignments, her husband was murdered as a warning to her to cease her spy activities.
Career
She has continued her CIA work and now moonlights in San Andreas as a state trooper in hopes of finding the murderer of her husband Arthur Mackenzie.
As of July 1st, the San Andreas State Police has split into three separate departments, causing all former troopers to be reassigned to different departments.
