Milly grew up as an orphan on the streets. and does not know his parents. All he remembers from his youth is growing up in a run down alleyway. He escaped from the insane asylum where he received electroshock therapy multiple times which affected him very negatively. He has been going in and out of different asylums most of his youth and the last one he escaped caused him to end up in Los Santos.
