Monika Parker (born Monika Barker) was the battalion chief of the San Andreas Emergency Medical Services.
Biography[]
Monika grew up in Kansas. Her father is a firefighter/paramedic. Her mother died to a drunk driver the night of her graduation, which led to her joining the EMS.
Monika had to stop serving as a paramedic after a parachuting accident that caused a number of fractures and severe internal bleeding.
