Noel and her twin brother Chris were born in Warrenton, OR to Shawn and Katherine Leyden on Dec. 23, 1993. Five years is all she would have with her mother and brother before a late night visit to the ER for Chris led to a drunk driver hitting the mother and son head on, killing them.
