Olivia Hart is the Chief Medical Examiner for the San Andreas State Police.
Biography
Olivia is known to be extremely standoffish and cold to almost anyone she meets, regardless of the situation. She expresses a very cynical and pessimistic outlook on life, showing a nearly nihilistic view on life and death especially the death of herself and others; she claims that this is because of her line of work. She is also a heavy smoker and drinker and will be more open to talking with another person if it is over drinks. The only person she has come close to opening up to is Leon Church, a frequent visitor to the morgue where Olivia works, because they shared some similar views and cold, sarcastic humor.
