Introduction
Peter Heerink, Other wise known as Captain Peter, or Captain Heerink. One of the The Four Winds.
Biography
Peter is a wise man, Friend of "Hobo Harry" While Harry can only talk to Peter he tries to give Peter advise by using his "Spirit Minutes".
