Rocco Ringetti is from Liberty City, he moved to Los Santos where he became a member of Vespucci Kings. He later became second in command.

Rocco is from Liberty City, thats also how he meet Conner McDowell and they both moved to Los Santos, where they meet Bob Coolidge this eventually led him to become a member Vespucci Kings. He soon became second in command, he often seen quite reasonable and dipolmatic one in the gang.
