Samuel Hill was an evil genius and self proclaimed mastermind. His most successful heist was one where he successfully stole a lollipop from 2 fighting children, ate the candy, and returned the stick with no candy on it. For the most part, Sammy was a harmless guy who made evil plans that usually always failed. When he succeeded, it was usually by chance and had nothing to do with his plans.
