'Tony Andrews, usually referred to as Director Andrews, is the current Director of the SASP. Andrews is also well known for being the heroic police officer who ended the reign of San Andreas serial killer Richard Oakes.

Character Background
Director Andrews. typically works the late shift and is often praised for his commitment to the force and his congeniality. He is married to SASP Cadet Torah Hart.
As of February 27th, 2018, the LSPD and BCSO have been defunded. As a result, all law enforcement will be handled by the new San Andreas State Troopers, compiled of all former LSPD and BCSO LEOs. Andrews is now the Director of the San Andreas State Police.
